Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space. Our Aerial Yoga class is a combination of traditional yoga floor poses and posture done on the suspended hammock at waist height. It is a fun workout routine designed to increase your mobility, balance and flexibility, and stretch deeper without experiencing strain as your body weight will be supported. The use of the hammock will make some of the basic yoga moves quite challenging while inversion and backbends poses easier. A total mind and body workout with a drizzle of FUN!
